So glad we've met.
The most important thing to know about me is - like many people - I used to dread public speaking. It would ruin my day knowing I had to be up in front of a crowd.
Finally I decided I did not want to feel that way anymore. I started trying out tools and techniques until I consistently felt better and performed better. I gained a reputation as a confident and authentic speaker.
People started asking for help and eventually I started my company, Deliver Your Best. I wanted to be able to help as many people as possible experience the same transformation I had.

How I got here...
My university degree is in theatre, and I worked as an actress, producer, playwright, and director for more than a decade.
I started a community radio show about theatre, and this led to an offer to work for a commercial radio station.
It was when I began a full time job in radio, and they asked me to MC events in community that I discovered I had a fear of public speaking.
I had always been a character in front of audiences. Now I had to be myself! As I mentioned above, I got myself over my fear and my career took off.
Since then I have worked CBC as an associate producer, backfill radio host, and television weather specialist.
I also discovered my favourite type of broadcasting, which is working as a sideline reporter for sports. I have provided national coverage on TSN, and have also covered basketball and football on other platforms such as TSN+, SaskTel, and CEBL+.
I love helping people get what they want out of their career by teaching them what I learned in my fifteen years in front of audiences.
